Apoing

Accessibility statement

Reviewed on 30 October 2026

Apoing wants anyone to be able to book a facility or a service, whatever device they use and whether or not they have a disability. This statement covers the www.apoing.com website (including the administration area) and voluntarily follows the model of Spain's Royal Decree 1112/2018.

Compliance status

Partially compliant

The website partially meets WCAG 2.2 level AA (standard EN 301 549), for the reasons given in the next section.

Non-accessible content

  • Some text and buttons do not have enough contrast with the background.
  • Some links made only of an icon have no name for screen readers.
  • Some links inside a paragraph are distinguished only by colour.
  • The older administration screens (community management) have not been fully reviewed yet; we are redesigning them.
  • The PDF documents the website generates (for example, the record of the data processing agreement) are not tagged for screen readers.
  • Third-party content we don't control: adverts and embedded videos and maps.

We fix it with every release. Among other things we have already resolved: pinch-to-zoom on mobile, the "Skip to content" link, alternative text for images and form labels.

How we test it

Every time we publish a version of the website, an automatic test checks the public pages and the main signed-in pages with axe-core, on desktop and mobile, against the WCAG 2.2 AA rules; if a critical problem appears, the version is not accepted. We also review design changes by hand. This statement was prepared on 30 October 2026 from that evaluation.

Report a barrier

If you find something you can't use, or need the information in another format, write to support@apoing.com with "Accessibility" in the subject, telling us which page and what happened. We'll look into it and reply as soon as possible.
